Colbert’s top threat of the week: killer iPhones. Solution: buy a Zune.

Of course, it all seems so obvious now! How did we not interpret El Jobso's true meaning of the iPhone kill-switch -- it actually kills you. We have noted iPhone expert Stephen Colbert to thank not just for this brilliant deduction, but also for sticking up for the lot of us and giving the iPhone 3G a cold staredown -- but not before declaring, "I knew I should have gotten a Zune! They can't kill me... or do anything else." Zing! Clip after the break (iPhone at 5:45).

[Thanks, Matt]

And the Winner Is…

Posted by Alyssa @ KeepingTheKingdomFirst in BLOGGER, BLOGROLL, MARKETING

Well, I just couldn't wait. I am beyond thrilled with the participation in my first Show & Tell. In fact, I would love to have future Show & Tells... ideas?

The last 2 times I went grocery shopping, I looked. And looked some more. But I did not. even. see. one. coupon binder. How very sad. Luckily, I can hop right on my very own blog and see that I am not alone!

There are other coupon crazy women out there, it is not just me! I really enjoyed going through each entry and discovering all the wonderful ways y'all organize your coupons. There were even some other videos!

Since there can only be one winner, I just want to highlight a few "honorable mentions":

Some of you use boxes.

Michelle wins the prize for most sophisticated binder.

Jessica shows off her huge coupon binder AND her cereal stockpile in one post. Impressive!

Mary Ellen has the most creative method I have ever seen!

If there was a prize for cutest Southern drawl, Trina would win, hands down.

*******************************************

I used Random.org to select our big winner!

Random Integer Generator

Here are your random numbers:

3

Timestamp: 2008-08-16 03:36:16 UTC

Number 3 is Ruthanne of Eclectic Whatnot. She is also a binder girl, like me, and has a great video for you to enjoy!

Congratulations, Ruthanne! The prize? Oh yes... I apologize for the long suspense.

An Ipod Shuffle! I truly hope you enjoy it, and I will be contacting you.

Thank you so much to everyone who participated. This Show & Tell helped others on their frugal journey, to be sure.
