If you’ve ever wondered about the technology driving the massive LED video screens you see all over cities like Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and New York, John Woods goes behind the scenes at Times Square. More crazy though is One Times Square is completely empty, the owner makes enough just selling advertising space on the building itself. At a mere $300,000/month to advertise, who can blame him not wanting to deal with tenants.
