hspice_toolbox.tar.gz
hspice_toolbox.pdf
read PDF and easily install toolbox:
just use this command:
addpath (’path of hspicetoolbox’)
a very important note is that you must add this command to your .SP file:
.OPTIONS POST
so output files becomes readable with this toolbox.
usage: in MATLAB cd to the output folder of HSPICE
e.g.:
cd ‘c:\sim1\’
x=loadsig(’sim1.tr0′)
lssig(x)
plotsig(x,’I_VDD’)
